Simon and his team are often asked to design and build a scheme right through to 'beer in the fridge and sheets on the bed' for many reasons. Some clients are time-poor, travel a great deal or live abroad for long periods and cannot always be on hand to oversee their projects easily. Video or CCTV technology however can solve this problem often.

We also have experience of building for elderly parents for example, where the project is built on their behalf by close relatives. We are well used to this and have long experience in working sensitively and quietly with the minimum of fuss and site time possible.
